The Foundation administers a scholarship fund known as the "Oliver E. Young Scholarship Fund." Mr. Young served for many years as an educator and deeply believed that young adults should have access to a college education. The granting of scholarships by the Foundation under Mr. Young's name is designed to recognize his financial contribution to the Union Township Community Action Organization, Inc., and to achieve his vision and dream that all young adults be able to receive an appropriate undergraduate education.
