UTCAO’s Early Childhood Education Programs include Infant & Toddlers and Preschool children and families. In addition, we operate an Early Head Start Program for infants and toddlers who qualify and are eligible to enroll.
Union Township Community Action Organization, Inc.’s affordable Early Childhood Education services are made possible with financial support from the State of New Jersey, Department of Human Services, Division of Youth and Family Services, Division of Family Development (DFD), the Office of Head Start, the Township of Union, and the New Jersey Department of Agriculture, Child Care Food Program. These government entities provide financial assistance to eligible families based upon family income and household size.
