Union Township Community Action Organization, Inc. (UTCAO), is a private non-profit social service organization founded in October 1967, by a group of concerned citizens from many walks of life. The purpose of the organization is to identify, assess and resolve some of the social ills faced by many of the community residents. This is being accomplished through educating, positive employment opportunities and providing a wide range of social services and programs responsive to those needs.

UTCAO has served the Vauxhall/Union Township/Union county communities for the past 35 years. We will continue to be an important and viable asset to the citizens of the community with the continued support and involvement of business, industry, private and public sectors and the community at large.
