DEVELOP
We look for individuals who can develop goals for children, provide on-going assessments and facilitate transitions between Early Head Start and Preschool.
SUPPORT
It is important for candidates to demonstrate that they will support our parents in their role as primary caretakers and educators of their children and encourage their involvement in all aspects of the program.
INTEGRATE
Individuals must maintain on-going contact with families and work with all other components (health, nutrition, family services, mental health, special services, parent education and resource/referral) to integrate services into the family setting professionally.
EDUCATE
Potential candidates must indicate that they will provide a successful, safe and supervised educational setting for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers while they are in the Early Head Start and Preschool environments (classroom, outdoor play area, and field trips).
